Law abets law-breaking


My enthusiasm at having clicked a "breaking-news" kind of pic was kind of dampened - all of the people to whom I showed this pic told me as a matter-of-fact that this was no big deal!!

And these days I am hearing that delhi is witnessing enthusiast taking pics everywhere....so imagine you sticking out of window " in a frame" getting posted somewhere else.... :)

Well, this was not a big deal ... we are all well aware of such happenings, but this was a good chance to capture it :-) And as you can see, I didn't even have to lean out of the window - my window was firmly up in place. :-D
Enthusiasts taking pics everywhere - I believe I'm talking to one ;-) And if I ever happen to get clicked in that manner, I can be sure it might be you ! :-P

Rules are made to be broken. I mean, India has umpteenth laws and many of them are really absurd and ineffective and there many others law of which ordinary public is not aware of and brake them unknowingly.
